THE LEGITIMATE BASIS FOR OUR PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS BASED UPON:

personal information related to your purchase, providing customer service and

between you and TK Works (General Data Protection Regulation article 6(1),

when you register to receive a newsletter and other marketing materials and

purposes on the basis of our legitimate interest related to product

WE WILL DELETE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WHEN NO LONGER NEEDED
We delete your personal information when it is no
longer needed for the purpose that provided our reasoning for collecting,
processing and storing your data.
TK Works stores personal information related to your purchase,
providing customer service and support, and managing customer affairs safely in
the period required by applicable local legislation. The storage takes place
for five years from the end of the financial year to which such information
relates, after which time the information is deleted, unless regulated
differently by local legislation. The storage of your data occurs to ensure
proper handling of recurring customer relationships, potential complaints and
warranty commitments, and to meet our obligations.
TK Works stores personal information related to
newsletters, other marketing activities and your TK Works account until you revoke your consent or delete your account.

policies, we will investigate whether it is possible to fulfil your request. We
